Ripped off and licking my wounds
I'm embarrassed that I bought this product and then realized that this company doesn't even guarantee their products. The yeast was no good which led to a wasted batch of beer. They explained that their product was so good that they didn't have to guarantee their products. What type of horse crap is that? I am fortunate enough and less naive now and have found other companies who do guarantee their products. I guess I have to give them at least one star because the product did actually get mailed out, but that is as far as I would go with this terrible company. Believe me when I say, Amazon is just as responsible as this crappy company because they choose to do business with them and we are left with a little less money because of it. Please do your due diligence, and look for a company that truly stands behind their products and do guarantee what they sell, and there really are companies out there that do just that, but I can't put them on here because Amazon doesn't sell...
