Loved it until it stopped frothing
This machine was magical for two weeks...and then something in the milk frother broke or got clogged. After numerous calls to nespresso (advice included buying a different brand of milk), Delonghi, and the local Delonghi repair place, we ended up returning it. I understand that Nespresso customer service is supposed to be very helpful, but since this machine is made by Delonghi, they were unable to provide any technical assistance or replacement parts.
While it was working, my only complaint was that the milk did not get hot enough (the cup heater is useless, but if you run hot water into the cups, that helps).
Two stars; one for each week of delicious coffee we drank.
