Good product, but risk involved in ordering
We recently purchased this Home Styles table and chairs from Amazon/Cymax, and received it promptly. HOWEVER, nearly every metal piece (chair arms and legs, as well as table legs) had sections of paint scratched off down to bare metal due to a inadequate packing job (either in Vietnam where the product is manufactured or during a re-packing here in the U.S.). We contacted Home Styles (maker of the product) and were initially told to take photos of the damage and they would send us up to three replacement pieces. We did as requested, but then were told by Home Styles that the damage did not qualify for replacement, and all they would agree to send us was a "touch-up pen." When we got this "pen" in the mail (basically a glorified black magic marker), we were unhappy with the results -- both the color and the coverage were unsatisfactory. So we bought a can of Valspar spray paint (oil-rubbed bronze was a great match, by the way, NOT black!) and spent a fair amount of time and effort...
