Sturdy
We purchased this set after we finally got tired of looking at our trashed set of flatware that we picked up at Costco a couple years ago. The old set had started to show rust spots and after reading about all the 18/10, 18/8, 18/0 stuff we decided to look for something that was at least 18/8 or 18/10 and not made in China. That really limited our search on Amazon. We decided to give this set a chance and so far, we are not disappointed. All the pieces seem sturdy. They are not bulky or heavy. The serving pieces are a good size and everything stays nicely organized in the box they sent it in. All the pieces (except the knife) and the box say 18/10.
My only complaint (and reason for 4 stars) is that the pictures do not show that there is a stamp that says 'Casa Lorren Italy' right on the side that is displayed when you set the table. I'd rather the stamp be on the not visible side.
I will update this review if I see any spots or have other issues with the flatware...
