Wonderful China but very poor service from Macy's.com
My husband and I wanted to add some Bernardaud china to our wedding registry but wanted to try one item before making the final decision. I bought this "Louvre" cake plate with handles but what I received was another item of the collection. I then sent it back in the hope that I could get the item exchanged without problems. This was two and half months ago. Since then and despite several e-mails and phone calls, I do not know where my order is at, but I still have not received the plate I ordered.
We anyhow received some items from the Louvre collection as gifts and we are very happy with them. The china is from Limoges, France.

To summarize, the 4 stars are for the quality of the china, but because of the lack of service from Macy's.com, it has not reached the 5 stars.
