Very sharp and LIGHT knife!
I have bought this knife after a LOT of reading online and a lot of store shopping to try them out.
This knife is very light compared to many others (esp. German ones), the blade is also narrower than them. It took a little to get used to the longer blade but once used to it, you don't want to go back to a smaller one (as long as your cutting board is large enough).
I liked it so much that I bought one more for my mother and she like it better than her Victorinox. You won'T be disappointed with this knife unless you are looking for a heavier knife type.
