Now this is a bread knife!
Just have to love this Kaji Fusion line of knives. They perform impeccably and look fantastic. The 9" bread knife is pretty sweet. Seriously sharp, wonderfully detailed, and solidly constructed. It didn't come in the originaly Shun packaging which is annoying, but not something to really rant about. This great knife easily tackles more than just bread.....tomatoes are a great example. It's definitely on the high end of the price scale but I was fortunate to get one substantially cheaper than the suggested price.
