Country of Origin Means Quality Difference
I'm generally happy with the quality of this 65-piece set, but it's not as nicely finished as the pieces sold individually. The 65-piece set is made in Vietnam, and the ends of each handle (except for knives) are very sharp. By sharp, I mean sharp enough to slightly irritate your hand as you hold the silverware, especially if you're using the side of a fork to cut a bite of food. The open stock pieces I purchased to fill out the set are stamped "China" and are nicely rounded off on the end corners of each piece. Other than that, the quality, weight and balance of the 65-piece set is good.
