Fun to Use

I turn the gas heat to high until all of the condensation on the pot disappears, and then I turn the heat to low. As soon as I hear steam, I pull the pot off the fire and empty it right away into my cup. At that point I add a little hot water and have a great mug of coffee. Because I do this while I make my breakfast, the timing is right and I can be attentive to the pot while not having to watch it like a hawk.
