I really wanted to like this product. The first time I ordered it, It arrived with the largest of the three broken, I had to return the unbroken pieces while amazon's wonderful customer service sent me a new set (they even set it up so the UPS guy could pick up the returns while delivering the replacements; now that is FIVE STAR treatment!). Alas, when I opened the box, the medium sized baker was broken, the largest of the three was cracked and only the smallest of them was intact. Amazon gave me a full refund.
It is hard for me to tell if the problem is with the product or the packaging. Since I am new to Appolia, I did not want to take the risk of buying them again. What if I have problems with them in the future? What if they crack with much use? or worse, what if they break apart in the oven? I just went ahead and purchased these instead:
