I have always wanted to try making some wine. But all the kits I looked at with all the tubes, and 5 gallon bottles and corking devices looked like a big hassle. Then I came upon this kit. The design is pure genius. It will produce 1 case of wine per run. Perfect for me. You can get everything with the kit that you need, including the bottles, corks, and the fermenter itself: is so cleaver. Part of the problem with making wine is transfering it from container to container to remove sediment, and process the wine during various stages of production. This unit actually has a cone system that removes sediment. Everything is done in the unit which even has a handle and when full, only weights maybe 25 lbs so you can move it easily. There is a spigot so you can simply fill the bottles right from the unit so no siphon, or pouring issues. The juice concentrate was so sweet smelling and nice, I wanted to drink it from the container. The cork situation is eased by cork stoppers...
