A lot better than my old one!
Ok, so I know it is kinda weird to get excited by a trash can pull out, but my old one was a metal frame unit that was cheaper, but didn't last. It was imported from Italy so I thought it would be good, but the slides did not work well after a few months. This Amish made one is excellent. The slides are very heavy duty and hold up well. The dovetails and finish are all very smooth. They even route out the top of the trash can hole to match the basket. It makes the baskets snug and they don't roll around or make noise as you open and close the unit. The slides also have a cool closing mechanism that pulls the cans in by itself. You just give it a slight push and then it grabs hold and starts closing. Very Cool.
