Granted, I'm a little cranky as I write. This is probably the tenth piece of ready-to-assemble I've put together in as many days. This piece wasn't easy to get the exact balance on, and the pre-drilled holes for the cam locks were a bit too generous. Still, I'd have to say it is the highest quality, most sturdy piece I've done so far. It is also the most beautiful.
I'd have to think this is the kind of piece that furniture companies assemble for you and charge an arm and a leg for. The wood pieces are impeccable, and the granite top (part C) was boxed in a crushproof wooden crate for protection. Even the furniture pegs for the adjustable shelf are excellent: made of steel and cushioned...
