So, we ordered this from Buy.com a little over a week ago and we love it.It replaced a mr coffee steam esspresso maker... so yeah big upgrade.Now that being said,I like my coffee near perfection and am very picky.I don't like Starbucks,latte stands or anything that wasn't made by myself.I have to admit I was worried that this machine wouldn't be able to deliver as the price seemed low vs the technology.
First off this machine requires you to constantly refill the water tank,beans,dump the used grounds,clean the drip tray etc.
so if you don't like annoying beeping after every 2-3 cappuccinos then this is not the machine for you.
If used 10+ times a day it will need frequent descalings and cleanings.
We use coffee bean direct french roast esspresso from Amazon and they the best quality so far without having a burnt taste.Kicking horse dosen't do well with this machine so be aware.
To keep the milk steaming tube clean just put the tube in...
