I was very hesitant to buy a product that was not actually sold by Amazon, but I did it anyway to save a few dollars. BAD MOVE.
The product arrived over two weeks after I ordered it. That was the first bad sign. Opened it and noticed that it smelt slightly funky. Thought nothing of it. It did not appear that it was a brand new product, there were some fingerprints on the glass and some of the packaging appeared to be unwrapped before. It also seemed very odd that the door frame had three screwholes on it when it only required two for the handle bar. It was ugly but not a big deal. Not wanting the hassle of trying to return it, I proceeded to use it.

I put in about 10 bottles of wine in both compartments and left it on overnight. The temperature was set to 52degrees on both. The next morning I checked on it and it appeared that only one compartment was cooling. The left compartment was completely at room temperature. I decided to leave it on for the rest of the day.
